Every product sold and all information shown on this website are provided for laboratory and research use only. They are not medicines, not dietary supplements, and not intended for human or animal consumption, or for any diagnostic or therapeutic use.
Eligibility
You may order only if you are of legal age where you live and are acquiring these materials for lawful research. By ordering you confirm both.
No medical or benefit claims
We do not claim that any product treats, prevents or improves any condition. Any research reference on this site is background information, not advice and not a promise of any result.
Lab reports
Lab reports on this site are issued by the third-party laboratory Janoshik Analytical. They describe the tested lot as the lab measured it, and you can open the lab's own copy to check each one. We do not change the reports.
Ordering and prices
You build your order on this site and send it to us on WhatsApp. An order is a request, not a confirmed sale, until we reply to confirm availability, price, delivery and payment. Prices and stock can change, and we may decline or cancel an order.
Payment and delivery
We confirm the payment method and the delivery with you on WhatsApp. Delivery times are estimates. Free shipping in the Bali area applies with the code BALI.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as you can and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. For safety we cannot accept the return of opened research materials.
Your responsibility and local law
You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including any rule on importing, holding or using these materials. You agree to handle and use them safely and lawfully. If a product may not be sold to you where you are, do not order it.
Limitation of liability
The website and the products are provided as is, to the extent the law allows. You accept all risk that comes from handling and using research materials. We are not liable for any loss that arises from misuse or from any use outside laboratory research.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
