How to check a Janoshik test report
Every report on BP can be checked with the laboratory that issued it. You need nothing from BP.
What you need
The task number of the report, for example #137344, and its unique key: 12 letters and digits, for example LS7XAYM8WLRJ. Both are printed on the report and shown under every report on a BP COA page.
Way 1: the direct link
Under each report on BP, press Check at Janoshik. It opens verify.janoshik.com with that report's task number and key. It is the same address as the QR code printed on the report.
Way 2: the QR code
Scan the QR code on the report PDF with your phone camera. It opens the same page on the lab's site.
Way 3: type it in
Open janoshik.com/verification, the page linked as Verify on the lab's website, and enter the task number and the unique key.
The reports print an older address, www.janoshik.com/verify/. On 28 September 2026 that address did not open the checking page, so use janoshik.com/verification.
What a genuine report shows
The lab's page shows the report as an image titled Test Report with its task number, and the lab's photo of the sample. Compare it with the PDF on BP: task number, sample, batch and results should be the same.
What a wrong key shows
If the task number and key do not belong to a real test, the lab's page shows no report.
We checked every report
On 28 September 2026 we opened all 56 reports on this site at verify.janoshik.com. Every report PDF on BP is identical, pixel for pixel, to the lab's copy.
